Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am. However, you are welcome to arrive early and drop your luggage off at the hotel.
All reservations made online require payment at time of booking and will be charged to the credit card. If credit card payment is declined, the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will be notified by email.
If you purchased waterpark passes in addition to your overnight stay, please review the waterpark policies here. Waterpark hours are subject to change and we recommend that you visit the Waterpark Schedule for exact hours of operation.
Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled between 14 – 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the full deposit.
The credit card holder must be present with valid a ID to check in. If the cardholder will not be present, then a credit card authorization form must be filled out a minimum of 3 days prior to the guest's arrival date. The credit card will be authorized for a $100 hold each night (no more than $200 authorization per stay). If a credit card is not available for authorization at check-in, then a $150 cash deposit will be required. This deposit will be returned at checkout if the room is free from evidence of smoking, damages, or missing items.
Please be advised, when using a debit card at check-in, an initial authorization is processed for the room rate plus tax and incidental charges. At checkout, The Mill at Zehnder Park releases the authorization. Please note, your financial institution may hold the authorization 14 or more business days after your checkout date, this may limit the funds in your account.
The Mill at Zehnder Park and Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark are NON-SMOKING facilities. All rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas are NON-SMOKING. A deep cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to those who violate the NON-SMOKING policy.
Zehnder's wants you, your family, and guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience at The Mill at Zehnder Park and when visiting all other Zehnder's properties. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Mill at Zehnder Park does not accept pets. We do, however accept service animals. We are happy to adhere to Titles II and III of the ADA and we ask that you do as well. This includes keeping your service animal with you, under control/on a leash, and not left alone. We are glad to provide our guests with a copy of the ADA Titles II and III at the Concierge Desk. A service animal is individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. These tasks must be directly related to the person's disability. Psychiatric Service dogs fall under the service animal criteria, however, emotional support dogs do not. We hope you enjoy your visit with us!
